ONLINE PAYMENT OF TUITION, FEES & the ADVANCE
TUITION DEPOSIT

You may use a Master Card, Discover Card, or WEBCHECK (debit from a
checking or savings account) to
pay your tuition online.
There is a $15 fee for payments made by credit card, however there is not a
fee for WEBCHECK. A debit card is treated like a credit card when making a
payment. To avoid the fee, use your checking account information.
Payment of tuition by credit/debit card may be made only online;
payment at the business office or by mail with a credit/debit card is NOT
available. |

A. Sign in to PRISM
using your current sign-in ID and Password.
B. Click on Self Service, then Student Center. Scroll down to
FINANCES and click on make a payment.
Follow the 4 step process:
1. Select Payment Method
Choose a Pay By: (either
checking/savings or Credit Card)
Click NEXT
2. Specify Payment Details
Enter information as
requested
Click NEXT
3. Specify Payment Amount
On this page you can
choose to make a partial payment, or pay in full.
To pay in full, simply
click pay charges.
To make a partial
payment, choose which line item(s) to pay and enter the amount to pay
and zero out all other lines.
To pay the Advance
Tuition Deposit (ATD), enter $100 in line item "Excess Self Srvc Payment
(ATD)".
Click calculate grand
total and then click NEXT.
4. Confirm Payment
Verify information.
Remember that mistakes could cost you in return check fees and/or late
fees.
Read agreement and
check agreement.
Click SUBMIT
C. Print the confirmation for your records. D. Be sure to exit from the
"Make a Payment" section of PRISM.
Click the {X} in
the upper right corner to return to the PRISM home page. |

Remember that there may be a HIGH VOLUME of activity on TUITION DUE DATES **
Allow yourself EXTRA TIME to get your payment made by the due date. |
