Stress Problem

1.  Since you're O+, characteristically O- people and situations would stress you:  tax time, balancing your checkbook, money management in general, having to be nitpickily precise about facts, people who flood you with "irrelevant" details or who take forever to tell a story.

2.  Early-stage responses would be to get even more theoretical, abstract, big-picture, creative, imaginative, ideophoric (O+) than usual.  Later-stage responses would involve a sudden, uncharacteristic nitpickiness, tunnel vision, obsessive rumination about some detail (since O+ people usually don't notice details at all), "stuck" thinking, or overindulgence in some purely sensory activity like eating or watching mindless TV (O-).

3.  You can regain balance by finding a new idea, possibility, or imaginative insight -- to reconnect with your dreams and long-range goals.
