First Year Seminar

The First Year Seminar program is designed to enhance the success of incoming students.

♦  You will have an opportunity to learn more about UWMC, college education expectations and develop supportive relationships with faculty and fellow students.

♦  Students who have participated in similar programs across the nation have been more successful in college when compared to students who do not participate.

♦  The program uses readings, writing and discussions to assist you with your transition into higher education.

 All first year students are encouraged to participate!
